Bowling Policies

1. Arrive by 2:45. This will give participants time to put on their bowling shoes, settle belongings, and use the restroom before the start of the activity.

2. Those that use Dial-A-Lift please note that staff from our office arrive at the bowling alley by 2:30. Feel free to schedule a Dial-A-Lift drop off at that time.

3. Bowling will start promptly at 3:00.

4. Late arrivals should check in with the Specialized Recreation staff from our office. Those that are later than 3:15 or the start of game 2, are not guaranteed a place to bowl. You will be assigned your own lane only if it is available.

5. When other participants on your lane are “No Shows”, stay on your assigned lane and bowl solo.
6. If you are unable to attend bowling, please call or email the office by 10 a.m. on the day of the event. Those that give notice of non-attendance later than 10 a.m. or not at all, will be considered a “No Show”. Those that have 3 or more “No Shows” during a quarter will be ineligible to register for bowling the following quarter.

7. Any modification to lanes, ramps, or rails must first be approved by the Special Recreation Office. Do not ask the bowling alley staff to make these changes. Approved changes will be reflected in the following week’s lane assignments.

8. Please do not ask Specialized Recreation staff to make changes to activity registration during events. All changes must be made by email or phone through the Specialized Recreation Office.

9. If a participant’s name is not on the attendance sheet of registered players, he or she will not be permitted to bowl through our program. Unregistered players are free to individually pay for a game through the bowling alley.

10. Bowling ends at 4:30PM.

11. All participants should be picked-up no later than 4:45.
